Covanburn is a fast growing, forward thinking civil engineering contractor with over 100 years combined experience in successfully delivering high quality and specialist civil engineering projects within a variety of work sectors.

We have extensive experience in all aspects of civils work, from groundworks and drainage, to structures and road works, working on a variety of projects for our clients ranging from £5k to £3m.

Our ongoing relationships with some of our main clients which include Glasgow City Council, Network Rail, South Lanarkshire Council, North Lanarkshire Council, West Dunbartonshire Council and Central Scotland Green Network Trust is testament to our consistency and the high quality of workmanship demonstrated on each individual project.

As a principal contractor, Covanburn has extensive experience of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects that involve dealing with various stakeholders. This includes construction, restoration, preservation and regeneration works on spaces across Glasgow and the central belt such as bridges, playgrounds, parks, roads and rivers.

We are certified to the ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety) management standards. ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) is an independent standards bodies that sets out criteria for quality processes in various fields of work.
