Exciting Changes at Covanburn Amid Rapid Growth

As Covanburn experiences remarkable growth and success, we are thrilled to share some exciting staff changes that will help us continue our upward trajectory. With new client partnerships and an expanding project portfolio, we’re adjusting our team structure to ensure we maintain our high standards of service and operational excellence. Here’s what’s new:

Colin Gow – Promoted to General Manager

Colin Gow, previously in a Senior Contracts Management role, has been promoted to General Manager. Colin’s dedication, work ethic, and leadership have been instrumental in our success, making him a natural choice for this role. As General Manager, he’ll oversee daily operations – both on-site and off-site – allowing us to focus on strategic goals. We’re confident that Colin’s leadership will drive continued excellence in all aspects of our operations.

Alex’s New Focus: Business Development & Strategic Growth

In line with our growth ambitions, Alex will transition to a business development and strategic growth role, focusing on building new client relationships and securing exciting, high-profile projects. By concentrating on these growth areas, he will be actively enhancing Covanburn’s presence and future opportunities in a competitive market.

To support this transition, day-to-day operational matters will now be managed by Colin, ensuring Alex has the focus to pursue these long-term goals.

Continuing Our Collaborative Culture

At Covanburn, we value open communication and teamwork. We encourage everyone to share questions, concerns, or ideas with Joanna Tracey, Colin Gow, or Ian Sneddon as we continue this journey of growth together. We are incredibly grateful to our dedicated team and look forward to what’s ahead. With these changes, Covanburn is well-positioned to continue thriving in the years to come.

Thank you to everyone for being a part of this exciting chapter in Covanburn’s journey!
