Emergency Repair Work at Thortonhall

Works are now complete and the bridge reopened after emergency repairs at Waterside Road, Thorntonhall. A client inspection had identified voids in the arch and the parapet leaning towards the river. Covanburn erected scaffold, excavated down to the deck and infilled the voids with structural concrete before rebuilding the parapet and resurfacing.
