Covanburn Contracts Joins CECA
Covanburn are delighted to have joined The Civil Engineering Contractors Association Scotland (CECA Scotland). With around 100 members, CECA are Scotland’s only representative body for civil engineering contractors.
As well as promoting the work of their members, CECA analyses the key challenges facing the civil engineering sector each year and agrees on areas of focus for the year to follow. Their current priorities are:
- Health & safety
- Promoting infrastructure investment
- Procurement, contract Conditions & Payment
- Attracting, securing & training a diverse world class workforce
- Creating a better environment for all
- Working closely with CECA National to ensure members in Scotland have a voice across the UK
