Turning the Taps Back On for Spring

Fountains are kind of our thing at Covanburn. We restore them, we maintain them — we just take good care of them. And one of the best moments of the year is when it’s finally time to turn them back on for spring.

This week, that honour went to The Grand Fountain in Fountain Gardens, Paisley. Each winter the fountain is decommissioned, and it’s during this quieter period that we carry out the essential work that keeps it running beautifully: replacing UV lights, pressure washing, and completing routine inspections.

Then, come springtime, we bring it back to life — ready for the public to enjoy during the warmer months and the school holidays.
